How to Order?

Ordering from Madnike.com is fast, easy and secure. We accept orders online or you can send us an email at sales@madnike.com, our customer service representatives will reply to your request within 24 hours. For the fastest, most convenient service, use order through the website. Your order will be submitted through our secure server and directed to our distribution center for screening and processing.



Order By Online


Step 1. First, browse our website and place the desired products in the shopping cart by choosing your size and clicking the Shopping Cart Button.


Step 2. If you are done shopping, review your cart for any errors. A link to the shopping cart is conveniently located at the top right-hand corner of every page. If everything is correct, go ahead and click on the Checkout button below your shopping cart items.


Step 3. If you have an account with Madnike.com, please login your account using your email address or username. Or click on the "Checkout as Guest" Button.


Step 4. Fill in your shipping information.


Step 5. Choose your shipping method and payment method. If you have any special request, put them in the space provided.


Step 6. Click submit to send your order to us. You'll see a confirmation page once your order has been sent that you can print for your records. If you don't see this page, it means our system was unable to accept your order. Please email customer service for more details.


Once your order is submitted through our website, we will send you an email to confirm that you have made an order. Please read this email carefully to confirm your shipping address and other details. Contact us immediately if you need to change your information, please email Customer Service at sales@madnike.com with the subject heading "Order Correction". Once the order leaves our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.


Your order will usually be processed and shipped in 1 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the order leaves our warehouse.

Out of Stock & Back Orders


Madnike.com is updated daily with the latest information on sizes and styles. Occasionally, demand will exceed our inventory in a very short amount of time and a style will be back ordered or out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will notify you as soon as we become aware of the situation. You can choose another size or style or request to receive a refund.



How to cancel an order? Before payment and after payment.



- If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later references.

- We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we are not processing your order.

- You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your shopping cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.

- Attention: we will keep your unpaid order just 15 days! If your order is more than 15 days old please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending a payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the shipping rates and currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.



- If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

- If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packaging process so you still time to make changes.

- If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.

- If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not canceling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.

- If the order is in an early processing stage you may be able to change and cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit.



I Can't Login.


Please follow the following instructions:

- Check your login details. Your login username is the email address you used for registration.

- It might be a problem caused by Madnike.com system maintenance - Please wait 15 minutes and try again.

- Ensure that cookies from www.madnike.com are accepted in your browser (Internet Explorer or others).

- If nothing works please send us an email at Sales@madnike.com, our customer service will help you solve it out.

TIP: If you're not sure if the problem is with us or you, please test logging in with a different set of computer, or try different browsers.


If you made a mistake when you registered, and you can't access your account, and you've never made any orders, it might be quickest to just use the registration to sign up again for a new account.
