Yes, We currently ship to many international locations. We love our international customers! Madnike.com has designed a specific international shopping cart and offers international order service online. All international orders are shipped by EMS USPS DHL or CSS etc.. The shipping rates can be previewed inside the Madnike.com online shop system. On the products page, you just need to click on the "Estimate Shipping Costs", and then choose the country you want to ship to, Shipping fee will be estimated by system automaticly.

 

Does Madnike.com Has Minimum Order Quantity?

Madnike.com has no minimum order quantity, and we can ship single item as samples or large quantity orders worldwide. Please note all the prices on our website are wholesale prices

How do I save on shipping?

Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. If you can wait a little longer, please choose the EMS(Worldwide Express Mail Service) shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using other express shipping.

 

After Payment, How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order. You can also contact with our online salesman or customer service representative to get help.

 

How long will it take to get to me?

The time of delivery will depend on your location, shipping method and Customs inspection. The total delivery time is separated into two parts, the processing time and the shipping time. The processing time is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather all the items and package them, which takes approximately 1 to 2 working days. The shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the final destination. EMS(Worldwide Express Mail Service) shipping time takes approximately 7 to 14 working days, while expedite shipping takes approximately 4 to 7 working days. If an incorrect address was provided, your order could have had an attempted delivery and been returned to our distribution center. If this is the case, our customer service staff will contact you as soon as it is received and processed.

 

What if one of my items is out of stock?

If an item in your order is out-of-stock, we will answer your order and inform the earliest availability. You may either wait for the item to restock or choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value. If the out-of-stock item in your order becomes available before your order ships with the replacement item, you will receive your original order.

 

Why Doesn't The Tracking Number Work?

It may take 24 to 72 hours before tracking information appears on the EMS, USPS, DHL website. For further assistance, contact Madnike.com Customer Service.

 

What if I received my order, but it's incomplete?

If you received your order and it is missing items, please contact customer support. You must notify us of any problems with your order within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

What if I entered the wrong address, or my package is undeliverable?

If you give us the wrong address and/or your package is deemed undeliverable by the Post Office it will be returned to our warehouse.

When it arrives here you'll be contacted by a Customer Service Agent and asked to give us a new address. We will not try to ship it to the same address, and you'll need to pay for shipping again.

If you would rather not pay shipping again we will gladly refund the purchase price, minus the original shipping.

 

Are all Items on web available?

Most of the items are all available and can be shipped in 24 hours after payment. But due to the numerous orders we handled every day, some of them will be out of stock sometimes, we will answer your order and inform the earliest availability.

 

Is There A Catalog/Pricelist Available?

Due to the dynamic nature of our product line as well as our effort to provide lowest price to our customer, compiling a catalog would not be very fruitful. Why is my credit card being declined?

Here are the reasons why your card might be denied:

1. The Credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card or issuing bank.

2. We use several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer care representative may contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.

 

Can I Pay By Western Union?

Why was my order cancelled?/Why did you refund my payment?

If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is almost certainly because we were unable to verify your payment or the products you ordered were out of stock. Generally, our customer service staff will contact you by email to discuss with you, but if we can not get in touch with you in 15 days after we receive your payment, we will have to refund for you. As we think, It is our responsibility to ship out your order in time.

Possible reasons for refunding money are:

- credit card bill address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.

- The products you ordered were out of stock(Generally we have enough stock but rarely we may suffer an temporarily lack of certain product ), and there was no response when we contacted you.

how do I order?

- First, browse our website and place the desired products in the shopping cart by choosing your size and clicking the Shopping Cart Button. (Click here to find your size in US(EUR) sizes.)

- When you are finished shopping, click Checkout and fill in your shipping information and choose your shipping method and submit the order.

- After we received your order, we will send you an email confirmation and begin processing your order.

- Note: Due to time differences, we ask that international customers allow a minimum of 1 business day before using the order tracking system.

 

Did You Receive My Order?

- If you received an order number on-screen immediately after submitting your order, your order was received and is being processed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number, payment information and order total.
